Description of the Workshop
For India to become a leading innovative nation, we need a large number of young innovators. Organizations are seeking young talents with strong innovation skills to tackle the challenges of today’s VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) world. There are many innovation techniques and models available to use. However, many innovators find it challenging to apply these techniques and models effectively, which is why most innovation efforts fail. Without the right mindset, it is hard for innovators to use these tools properly. It is crucial for students to start developing the right innovation mindset now, which will not only help them work on innovation projects more easily but also make them more attractive to employers. This workshop stands out from other innovation workshops – here one gets to develop the right innovation mindset. Participants will learn practical tips and tricks to strengthen their innovation skills and become genuinely innovative. This will help them apply any innovation models and techniques successfully.
