Profile of the Instructor

Mr. George established Thetic Engineering Ltd. in 2021 and has been in the global Test and Measurement industry for over 15 years. He has taught over 100 training courses for Test Engineers and Scientists using industry software, such as LabVIEW, and has helped many of them pass their certification exams.
He found his industry passion is helping test engineers get the most out of their time with measurement equipment in pioneering research areas, whether it’s by working with Test Directors in a board room or wearing anti-static shoes in the lab. He has architected Validation and Characterization labs using TestStand, LabVIEW, and Python which perform comprehensive sweeps using PXI and GPIB bench instruments.

Pre - Requisites

This is an introductory course. It is expected that attendees have previously been exposed to programming languages such as C, MatLab, Python, or even LabVIEW. It is also expected that the attendees have manually controlled lab hardware on the test bench, such as power supplies or oscilloscopes. Attendees will benefit from having installed LabVIEW Community Edition 2024 Q3 prior to the class start, although instructions will be provided in the first session.
