vintage satin lace and faux pearl veiled wedding hat

This beautiful wedding hat screams 1980's. Satin covered in white or slightly off white. The crown and brim are covered in lace appliques with faux seed pearls. White silk roses with faux pearl centers and lily of the valleys adorn one side. The mesh veil is ruffled in the back and has 2 layers, one can be used as a blusher. The short layer is 28" long down the back center and longer is 36". No label to indicate maker. The inside has loops for a comb to be attached. The under side of the brim is also trimmed in lace appliques. The brim is 3 1/2" in the front, 3 1/4" on the sides. It has a couple condition issues. The main on is the trim on the long veil has come off in a long section (last photo). I would simply remove it completely and trim the edges even leaving a ruff cut edge. The crown has some lumpy spots that a steaming my bring out. I would take it to a professional cleaners. It's not so noticeable in my opinion. small spot of makeup inside under the brim edge.
