In 1901, Detroit Michigan was thriving with Automobile Manufacturing, Part supply companies, the film industry and advertising. Most of these and other newer companies were located on Milwaukee Junction or E. Grand Blvd. Before 1901 Olds Motor Works was the biggest manufacture in Detroit but they decided to move to Lansing Michigan. That move was not bad for the area because the automobile suppliers didn't move and created other large Manufacturing to move in and This Carburetor is a prime example of the innovation that came along with these other companies moving into the area. This is a 1904 Zenith Carburetor and is in very good antique condition but is not intended for actual use but rather as a piece of Art from that time and area.
