Profile of the Instructor

Mr. Syam Kumar holds a master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from IIST Trivandrum, specializing in Structures and Design. He has over five years of experience in teaching, research, and industry applications. He is currently an Application Engineer at CADFEM India, specializing in structural simulations using ANSYS Mechanical and LS-DYNA, with core expertise in FEA, numerical methods, and advanced linear/nonlinear analysis, including impact and crash simulations across industries and academia.​ In addition to his technical expertise, Syam is passionate about knowledge sharing and technical training, having mentored students, researchers, and industry professionals in advanced FEA techniques and best practices.
