Profile of the instructor

Prof. Santosh Rangnekar is Professor (HAG) in the Department of Management Studies, IIT Roorkee and associated with the Department of Centre of Transportation at IIT Roorkee. He is with more than 40 years of academic, research, and industry experience, 35 scholars have already been awarded PhD and 7 are currently pursuing and published over 230 research papers, books, and chapters. He has conducted more than 100 executive and faculty training programs for leading organizations and has served as Visiting Professor at reputed universities in Asia such as Hanyang University, South Korea and University of Indonesia, Indonesia. His expertise includes Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Leadership, and Talent Management. Through NPTEL he has offered six programs and 5 at IIM Sirmaur other platforms, he continues to make management learning accessible and impactful for academia and Industry.
