Profile of the Instructor(s)

Prof. Barnali Nag is a faculty in the area of Economics and Strategy in Vinod Gupta School of Management, IIT Kharagpur and has more than a decade of teaching and research experience in areas of business economics, energy economics and policy, international economics, business environment and sustainability. She is a Phd in the area of energy and climate change economics from IGIDR, Mumbai and did her post-doctoral research at Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania, USA. Prior to joining IIT, Prof. Nag has worked in various premier research and teaching institutes like RIS, New Delhi, ISB, Hyderabad and IIM Kashipur. She has published in various international journals of repute. Her research interests pertain to Energy Policy, Economics of Climate Change, Sustainable Energy Transition of India, Energy security issues of India

Prof. Anupam Ghosh has more than 14 years of teaching experience in areas of Supply Chain Management and Marketing. He has offered courses at the post-graduate and doctoral level in Supply Chain Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Warehousing and Materials Management, and International Marketing. He was a Visiting Scholar to Bentley University, Waltham, MA, USA during 2004-05. He has worked on research projects on Information visibility in supply chain, fare fixation for public transportation system etc. Prof Ghosh has run NPTEL Courses on ‘Modeling and Analytics for Supply Chain Management’ and ‘Decision Support Systems for Managers’
