Profile of the Instructor (s)
Dr. Bala Ramadurai is an author, coach, consultant and professor. He has authored a book on Design Thinking called Karmic Design Thinking (https://dt.balaramadurai.net). He has 3 patents to his credit and 10+ publications in international research journals. He co-founded TRIZ Innovation India (https://trizindia.org) and is an Adjunct Professor at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (India) (https://www.sibmpune.edu.in), Universidad Panamericana (Mexico), Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning (https://nptel.ac.in). He is also a board member of the Board of Studies for Symbiosis International University.
Mr. Sayantan Mukherjee is Director of Academics at NIIEM, Kolkata. He is also an advisor (Innovation and Entrepreneurship) at SOUL, A charitable Trust. He is an innovation trainer and startup coach. He was the Innovation Manager, managing automotive and farm innovation projects at Mahindra Research Valley.
Before founding Pariprashna (his proprietary consulting firm) in January of 2022, Dr. Srinivas Chirravuri (CH) served in roles supporting the Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Education, Engineering, Manufacturing & Technology sectors. CH calls himself a Learning Doctor who enables business outcomes through strategic learning & coaching as well as designing & delivering high-impact learning interventions.

Attendees will be able to break the prominent desired Innovation Behaviours into sub-behaviours

Module Name: Barriers to innovation behaviours

How to do an inward exploration to identify barriers

Attendees will be taking an exploratory journey to identify the current barriers preventing them from practicing innovation-promoting sub-behaviours in their organisation today

How to design specialised tools to help teams innovate
Learning Outcomes:
Attendees will be able to develop specialised tools, i.e., behaviour enablers and nudges, that the team can use to help them develop innovation behaviours as habits.
Intended Audience
Technical Leaders, Innovation managers and other mid to senior leadership members in a large company will benefit out of this activity.
Learning Outcomes
The innovation leaders and managers who take part will be able to create systems (behaviour enablers
and nudges) specifically tailored to their teams & needs. When these methods are put into place at work, the team will be able to develop innovation-related behaviours as habits. The behaviours will become ingrained in the team’s DNA. It will eventually lead to a significant transformation in the team’s capacity for innovation execution.
Eligibility
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in the industry
Certification
Attendance for 1 hour on all 3 days + Final project presentation participation.
