A seasoned QA Lead with over eight years of experience in software testing, currently leading multiple quality assurance initiatives  and teams at Encora Inc.  My expertise spans various testing phases including Functional, Regression, Acceptance, and Integration Testing. As a Certified Scrum Master and holder of an Azure Fundamentals certification, I excel in developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies and managing multiple QA teams. My experience encompasses a robust understanding of automation testing, having led QA efforts across e-commerce applications on platforms like SFCC and Magento. I am deeply interested in the evolving field of generative AI, actively exploring its integration into QA processes to enhance testing automation and predictive capabilities. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Urdu, I leverage my communication skills to bridge technical and business needs, driving efficient project delivery and high-quality software solutions.
