The workshop bridges microbiome research, neuroscience, behavioral science, and evolutionary principles into a practical, actionable framework. Attendees will learn how food, movement, sleep, stress, and social connections directly influence mental clarity and lifespan. By the end of the session, participants will walk away with a personalized blueprint to enhance performance, well-being, and longevity.

Profile of the Instructor(s)

Arjun V. Singar aka Pundit Singri is a highly accomplished professional with expertise in Behavioral Science, Strategy and Data Visualization. He holds a Ph.D. in Learning & Education from the Department of Management Studies at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University, Detroit, USA. Dr. Singar is currently a Visiting HRM Faculty at IISc, Founder Director at FRIYAY Learning Academy and Co-Founder & Executive Director at CREAA Academy for Learning (A New Concept CBSE School). He has also been a TEDx Speaker and a United Nations Youth Assembly Speaker in the past. With his strong academic background, entrepreneurial exposure and a decade of training experience, Pundit Singri hopes to empower the next generation students and professionals to be critical thinkers and problem solvers in the societies they choose to live in.

Dr. Nithin J. is an accomplished Nephrologist with close to 20 years of clinical experience in the field of Internal Medicine and Nephrology. He completed his MBBS from MS Ramaiah Medical College, Bengaluru followed by an MD in Internal Medicine from prestigious Bangalore Medical College and subsequently pursued DM in Nephrology from acclaimed St John’s Medical College. His clinical expertise includes chronic kidney disease, glomerular disorders, dialysis management, hypertension-related renal disease, critical care nephrology and renal transplantation. He is actively involved in advancing evidence-based nephrology practice and is committed to improving patient outcomes through comprehensive and multidisciplinary care. He is currently associated with Narayana Health City, Bengaluru where he provides specialized renal care and contributes to academic and clinical excellence.
