Description about the workshop

In the contemporary professional environment, academic knowledge alone is not adequate for personal and career success. Students, research scholars, early-career professionals, and young faculty members are expected to demonstrate strong communication abilities, market awareness, interpersonal competence, managerial thinking, and leadership potential. At the same time, institutions and corporate world are expected to contribute to holistic growth by preparing professionals not only for employment but also for responsible participation in social and organizational life. This proposed two-day workshop/short-term course is designed to address that need. The course is aimed at integrating key domains such as communication skills, soft skills, team dynamics, market orientation, basic management principles, and leadership training, etc. to promote holistic development.
