Mr Dinesh is an accomplished, highly professional Agile Coach/Scrum Master (Servant Leader) and PO with 12+ years of techno-functional experience in Agile – Scrum, Kanban, LeSS frameworks implementation, product management, and test automation. Skilled at building rapport with clientele, understanding corporate values and creating innovative testing solutions, services and processes to improve efficiency, productivity and value-added. He has led culturally diverse software product development teams across multiple domains and functional areas. He has also managed agile delivery for medium to large-scale, complex projects with a focus on agile transformation. He has expertise in various methodologies, tools and technologies across platforms/domains and has a specialisation in Agile, Product backlog management, API test automation and Business analysis. Dinesh is a Senior Agile Delivery Manager of Encora’s Sagent account and is responsible for bringing in the best agile practices and reducing the lead cycle.
