Day 2 :  7th May, 2024

 

Module Name : Object Oriented Programming Concepts

Concepts covered :

Defining Classes, Creating Objects, Methods, Abstract Classes

Object Oriented Programming concepts

 

Day 3 :  8th May, 2024

 

Module Name : Arrays and Lists

Concepts covered :

Defining and navigating through arrays, lists

Learning Outcomes :

How to declare and use single and multi- dimensional arrays and lists

 

Day 4 :  9th May, 2024

 

Module Name : Advanced Data Structures in Java

Concepts covered :

Hash-map and HashSets, Linked Lists, Queue

Learning Outcomes :

Declaring and using hash-maps and linked lists

Day 5 :  10th May, 2024

 

Module Name : File handling in Java

Concepts covered :

Streams, Exception Handling, Try- Catch Block

Performing different file operations, Exception Handling

Profile of the Instructor

 

Dr. Neminath Hubballi is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Indore. He received a PhD degree in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati. He and his research team mainly work on problems related to Network Security, System Security, Named Data Networking and Fault Detection in Networks. Prior to joining IIT Indore, he has worked with Hewlett-Packard, Infosys Lab, and Samsung R&D on various projects. He served as TPC co-chair of IEEE ANTS 2018 and served as TPC chair of IEEE ANTS 2021. He has been awarded a DUO-India fellowship in the year 2020 for joint research with City University of London. His projects have been funded by DST, SPARC, TIH, CSIR, SERB and TCS.

Students :  Rs 1770/- (Rs. 1500 + 18% GST)

Faculty:  Rs. 2950 /- (Rs. 2500 + 18% GST)

Industry: Rs 5900/- (Rs. 5000 + 18% GST)

Certification

Certificates will be provided to each participant based on Attendance

 

Assessments:

This is a practical hands-on course there will be only code writing assignments in the class.
