At the forefront of her accomplishments is her leadership over a diverse team of more than 70 QA professionals at Encora Innovation Labs and previously with Amazon Development Centre ,Hexaware Technologies and Cognizant (CTS) where her expertise extends beyond routine QA management. She has spearheaded the integration of cutting-edge solutions, leading her teams to achieve remarkable quality deliverables that consistently exceed organizational expectations. Her tenure at Encora Innovation Labs is particularly notable, where her leadership in implementing Generative AI in QA processes resulted in significant improvements in testing efficiency and accuracy, earning her recognition as an Innovation Leader and QA Center of Excellence Leader.

Her approach is characterized by a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, underpinned by strategic planning and the implementation of advanced solutions. This ethos has been critical in guiding QA centers towards achieving exceptional results, through both the creation of automated Agile metrics dashboards and the skillful mentoring of QA teams to meet evolving project needs.
